2 weeks and counting…
so as the start of the day, 12:01 am, i have been smoke free for two weeks... it feels good to have not smoked this long and feels good that i could actually do it, but i don't know if i feel a whole bunch healthier tho... maybe that's week three?

quitting smoking for lent….
this is a picture of my last cigarette.. it didnt disappoint... yes its true.. i am going to be quitting smoking for lent.. it will not be easy but hopefully this will allow me to not only quit for lent but to quit for good... im guessing lots of nicotine gum and or chew are going to play a big part in this... good luck me...
